  • Wingspan : 38-55mm
  • Colour : Dull-brown, with or without eye-spots and white band.
  • Habit : Always keeps close to the ground. Goes neither inside dense, dark undergrowth nor away from it. Preferred food is tree sap and rotting fruit. Unlike the Evening Browns, it is usually not attracted to electrical lights.
