• Wingspan : 40-55mm
• Colour : UP dark brown and striped, not spotted. Male has orange bands, while female has only a broad white band on UPF
• Habit : Males visit hill-tops. On the wing from April to Dec. between 1200 t0 2400m. Female could easily be mistaken for one of the Banded Treebrowns and is very similar to Dark Judy. Recorded from Kalimpong (1500m).
• Larval Host Plants : Maesa chisia
