  • Family : LYCAENIDAE
  • Wingspan : 30-33mm
  • Colour : Brown with a darker band and a black tail-lobe.
  • Habit : Commonest in deciduous, semi-evergreen forests especially in the openings and along the streams. Flies at any height from the ground. Fond of flowers and prefers shrubs as nectar source. Basks with its wings half-spread.
  • Larval Host Plants : Ziziphus mauritiana, Thea sinensis, Antidesma ghaesembilia
