- Colour : This is a small, very handsome, white butterfly with a pure white face and black eyes; black lines and spots on the undersides of the wings and a glossy pale blue brilliant colour on the upper surface.
- Habit : Weak flier, it keeps close to bushes and streams; for basking it rests on an exposed branch of a bush or a tall herb and spreads its wings partially.
- Larval Host Plants : Schliechera oliosa, Paracalyx scariosa, Xylia xylocarpa etc.
- Location : Throughout West Bengal
