• Colour : Dark brown with white bands.
• Habit : Most widely distributed, common in forested areas as well as human habitations and gardens. Flight of a Sailer is typical, as its name suggests, sailing with the wings held almost horizontal.
• Larval Host Plants : Bombax ceiba, Canavalia gladiata, Helicteres isora, Vigna cylindrica, Xylia xylocarpa
