Spotted Golden Angle
Description
- Common Name : Spotted Golden Angle
- Scientific Name : Caprona agama (Moore)
- Family : HESPERIIDAE
- Wingspan : 35-40mm
- Colour : Yellowish brown, semitransparent white spots on fore wings. Two forms are found one is "erosula" and another one is "agama". Wing shape is distinctly different from Common Small Flat.
- Habit : It flies swiftly. Found along the path or forest clearings of dry deciduous forest.
- Larval Host Plants : Helicetres isora
